- We do not record your connection timestamps, session durations, or bandwidth usage.
2. Information We Process
To establish secure connections, our systems only process the minimum data required to facilitate network routing:
- Authentication Details: We match your connection credentials (username and password) to verify access permissions to our SA and US nodes. This validation occurs dynamically and is not saved to any persistent logs.
- Active Session Data: Temporary session packets are processed entirely in memory while your browser tunnel is active, and are immediately destroyed when you disconnect.
3. Extension Permissions
The ITSVpn browser extension requests specific permissions to operate. These are used strictly as follows:
- Proxy: Used to securely route your browser's HTTP/HTTPS requests through our designated nodes.
- WebRequest & WebRequestBlocking: Required to pass authentication credentials dynamically to the proxy tunnel without prompting you with browser login boxes.
- Privacy API: Used exclusively to set the WebRTC IP handling policy to block local IP leakage, preventing third-party trackers from detecting your real location.
4. Third-Party Sharing
We do not sell, trade, lease, or share any user credentials or connection data with third parties. Our servers are owned and operated by ITS Ltd., and we do not utilize third-party analytics or trackers within our extension or on our landing page.
