1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using the ITSVpn browser extension and website, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the extension or services.
2. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree to use our proxy networks and VM endpoints for lawful purposes only. The following activities are strictly prohibited when routing traffic through ITSVpn:
- Participating in hacking, unauthorized system penetration, port scanning, or distributed denial-of-service (DDoS) attacks.
- Transmitting malicious files, viruses, malware, or spamming scripts.
- Engaging in any activity that compromises the performance, bandwidth, or security of our VM nodes (Johannesburg and Washington).
- Violating regional intellectual property laws or engaging in fraud.
3. Service Availability and Speed
We host our nodes on premium dedicated cloud infrastructure and target 99.9% uptime. However, services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Network routing speeds, latency, and availability can fluctuate due to ISP routes, cloud provider maintenance, or international network routing events.
4. Network Resource Fair Use
To maintain high speeds and stability for all users, we reserve the right to throttle or block connection sessions that consume excessive bandwidth or initiate abusive amounts of simultaneous TCP requests.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
ITSVpn is provided without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the extension will meet all your specific performance criteria or operate completely error-free.
6. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws governing ITS Ltd. Any legal actions or proceedings arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the designated local courts.
